While our classes offer a full-body workout, this targeted technique ensures your core remains strong and flexible through every stage of motherhood.

Pregnancy & Group Classes: Your Safety Guide
Is it safe to take group classes while pregnant? Absolutely! We want to keep you fit and active. However, to ensure the safety of both you and your baby, we have established a specific timeline of recommendations.
First Trimester: Build Your Foundation
Most classes are safe to enjoy during your first trimester, provided you have your doctor’s approval.
Modification: Minimal to none.
Safety Note: Please avoid Jumpboard classes until after you have given birth and are cleared for high-intensity exercise.
Second Trimester: Transition to Targeted Care
As your body changes, we encourage a shift toward Semi-Private or Private Sessions.
Why Semi-Privates? These small groups allow our instructors to provide personalized modifications without slowing down the flow of class.
Class Recommendations: Spring & Suspend: Barre Amped Up is a great choice as it is primarily done standing.
What to Avoid: Please avoid other Spring & Suspend formats. These often involve heavy-resistance abdominal work and excessive planking, which can lead to coning or diastasis recti (abdominal separation) as your belly grows.
Third Trimester: Listen to Your Body
Keep moving as long as you feel comfortable! You know your body best.
The Transition: If your workout requires extensive modifications that impact the flow of a group setting, we may suggest moving exclusively to Private Training. This ensures you and your baby get the 1-on-1 attention you deserve while maintaining the high standard of instruction for all Creative Core clients.
Post-Delivery: The Road Back
Once you’ve discussed your recovery timeline with your doctor and received clearance, we can’t wait to welcome you back! Whether you start with Privates or jump back into Group Classes, we are here to help you regain your strength and feel like yourself again.
